We, the Hope Kogi Development Initiative (HKDI) a pan Kogi pressure group want to categorically nominate Barr Nasser Ahmed for a national honors award.
Barr Nasser Ahmed is the chairman of Broad field and Kano central hotel, a very competent and the most qualified for a national award.
In a press conference in Lokoja recently and addressed by its coordinator, Comrade Musa Wada, the initiative whose membership cuts across the federation recalled that its members have benefited from Barr Nasser Ahmed generosity and patronage, his philanthropic and youth empowerment programme which cuts across the whole federation.
Musa Wada extolled the leadership qualities of Barr Nasser Ahmed whose contribution to nation building was fully recognized by the people Describing him as detribalized Nigerian, the initiative noted that Nasser Ahmed has established himself as a disciplined, focused and consummate technocrat who can manage people and resources effectively.
Besides, he has employed hundreds of youths to earn a living through his private ventures as a hotelier. And above all he has a foundation solely meant to assist women, particularly widows and indigent students to further their education. As we speak hundreds of Nigerians not kogites alone are benefitting from his scholarship scheme in various universities across the country and beyond
