The two INEC staff illegally sacked over the false double registration allegation against the Kogi State Governor have won their cases at the Industrial Court which has laid the falsehood to rest.
The Court ruled that INEC has no evidence to support the allegation against the affected staff.
The two INEC staff were sacked from office over alleged double voter card registration by the Kogi State governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello at Government House in Lokoja about three years.
However, Bello denied the allegation saying he never registered twice for voters card.
