THE Kogi State Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Bar. Natasha Akpoti has won her case in the court on Thursday in Abuja
According to Court, INEC has no power to disqualify a candidate whatsoever. Basing on this, SDP and Natasha are free to contest the gubernatorial elections come Nov 16th, 2019.
