With gratitude to God for a life dedicated to service and propagation of the Gospel, we announce the passing unto glory, our sister, mother and grandmother, Deaconess Betty Bimpe Amupitan, nee BAMIDELE whose passage occurred on Wednesday June 21, 2023.

She was an ordained Deaconess of First Baptist Church, Garki, where she also served as the President, Women Missionary Union (WMU) from 2013-2017.

A very loyal and loving Christian, Deaconess B.B. Amupitan was President, FCT Women wing of Christian Council of Nigeria (WOWICCN) and a member of National Executive Council of Women Wing of Christian Association of Nigeria till her exit; she retired as Assistant Director from the NYSC in 2014 and thereafter devoted the rest of her life to full propagation of the Gospel.

Funeral Arrangement:
There will be commendation and service of songs in her honour on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the First Baptist Church, Garki by 5pm.
She will be laid to rest at Gudu cemetery, after a funeral service at First Baptist Church, Garki by 10am on Friday, July 28,2023.

Survived by:
Children, Grandchildren and many other relations amongst who are,
Adedayo Amupitan, Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Babatunde Amupitan of National Communication Commission (NCC), Olumidun Amupitan and Boluwatife Amupitan.

May her Soul find solace in the bossom of the Lord.
