The newly appointed Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja, Professor Olayemi Durotimi Akinwumi has received his letter of appointment as the 3rd Vice-Chancellor of the instituion.
He received his letter from the Registrar and Secretary to Council, Mr. Usman Suleman Obansa on behalf of the Governing Council at the Adankolo Campus.
The new Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by some distinguished personalities from within and outside the University Community, among who were Professor Gbenga Ibileye, Professor M. S. Audu and Mr. Benjamin Mshelbwala amongst others.
