A pregnant woman, 25 years, Haruna Favour, has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency.
She was found with 82 pinches of methamphetamine at Auchi, Edo State.
Favour was found with methamphetamine, various amounts of Loud, Arizona and Colorado cannabis variants, and codeine-based cough medicine.
Femi Babafemi (Director of Media and Advocacy at NDLEA) confirmed the arrest on Sunday September 11.
Paul Ali, 47, was also arrested in Kogi State on the Okene-Abuja highway with 1,404 bottles of Codeine based syrup weighing 190.94kg and 2,040 ampoules of pentazocine injection coming from Onitsha, Anambra State to Sokoto State.
