Lauds NPC DG For Taking The Front Row
The Onu Ankpa, HRH Alhaji Abdulmalik Umar says the aims and objectives of individuals, groups and communal efforts towards provision of basic social amenities will be defeated when items provided are exposed to vandals.
Therefore,he stressed the need to protect and secure items provided through needs assessment by prominent indigenes of the area.
Chief Abdulmalik bare his mind while receiving sons and daughters of the area who trooped into his palace in Ankpa ofoke,for the Sallah homage.
He used the opportunity to thank well meaning indigenes of the area who decided to contribute their own quota through Corporate Social Responsibility CSR.
HRH recognised the extension of solar street light from Lona to Ankpa Ofoke by the National Productivity Centre NPC,saying this is the high level of selflessness demonstrated through provision of modest and alternative power to improve the security situation of the town.
He maintained that if the trend is sustained with the exemplary disposition of NPC,the area will be better for it.
Onu Ankpa reiterated the need to form a formidable force to ensure the Community make good use of items provided.
He thanked the entire people of his domain for witnessing the current pace of developement,wishing them many more of Sallah Celebration.
