Chief (Dr) Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has congratulated High Chief (Engr.) Kestin E. Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), on his birthday anniversary.

Otuaro also commended Pondi’s efforts in providing job opportunities, stating, “So many of our people have been pulled out of the labor market, thanks to you.”
