Boko haram releases a video showing hundreds of distraught #KankaraBoys begging the government to not use force

Bulama Bukarti, a Boko Haram specialist at the Tony Blair Institute have just broken the report where he stated that Boko Haram have just released a video showing hundreds of distraught #KankaraBoys begging the government to not use force, but negotiate.” he said in a tweet few minutes ago.

According to him, Boko Haram Leader Abubakar Shekau is adopting the method he used when Chibok Girls were abducted by the same terrorist group.

The security expert also noted that the mission of the insurgents group is to strike a deal where the exchange will be made that will see their members regarding freedom.

” Shekau is clearly replaying the Chibok propaganda model. He’s doing this to get a ransom and free his detained members.”

In another worrisome tweet, Bukarti said one of the kidnapped Secondary School students have revealed in the video that some of his colleagues have died in the hands of their captive and they are pleading seriously for the government to intervane.

” One of the boys in the video said 520 were abducted by Shekau boys, but some have died. He called on governments to close all schools, dissolved vigilantes and pay a ransom. The boys look extremely worried, exhausted and hungry. At point, many started wailing “Help us. Help us.”” he said.

In the last part, Shekau spoke in an audio saying they released this video for the purpose of those who denied his claim. He claimed yet again that they’re doing God’s work. This shows that the boys still in the northwest and that they are being by Shekau’s Zamfara cell.
