A group known as Tinubu-karimi Beyond 2027 Political Movement has passed vote of confidence on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Sunday Karimi representing Kogi west at the National Assembly.

In a press conference held, the Spokeperson of the group, Samson Ojo said the group endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Steve Karimi for their outstanding performances so far as the duly elected president and Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He stated that Mr. President, we are all aware of his outstanding performances in the areas of Economy, Foreign Relations policy, local Government autonomy and development of regional government and also made enough money available for states and local Governments across the nation.

On Karimi he said he has provided 100 million naira students BURSARY/SCHOLARSHIP for indigents students of Kogi west Senatorial District. This gesture goes to 1000 students and it is a yearly empowerment initiative.

Also, provision of Employment opportunities for graduates in the west Senatorial District. And very Many of the beneficiaries are employed by federal government establishment

His words, “Senator Karimi built a well furnished and sophisticated military base (Force Operational Base…FOB) in Egbe to fight insecurity not Only in Kogi West Senatorial District but the entire Kogi State as a whole.
100 MIllion naira empowerment for women entrepreneurs in Kogi West. This is transformative initiative to 50 women led Small and Medium Scale Enterprise.
Repairs of key portion of Federal and State Roads in Kogi West Senatorial District such as Kabba-Ilorin Road, Kabba-Omuo Road, Bunu-Iluke-Budan road.

“Provision of 75 solar-powered boreholes across all the communities/Towns/Villages/Wards as well as the repairs of 65 damaged ones, provision of farm inputs like fertilizer, insecticide and seedling for farmers across the district,”.

The group equally mentioned that Karimi also Provided of 500kva and 300kva new transformers across communities/Towns/Villages in the Senatorial District to light up those areas and is currently investing the sum of #1.3 billion naira to rebuild government science secondary school, Koto-karfe.

“It is in view of the above giant strides of Senator Karimi that we have gathered here today to ask him to seek for re-election in 2027 as we are determined to vote for him enmasse.
