The Media office of the member, Representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, Hon Lawal Idirisu, has described those casting aspersion on the person of the member, as desperate and jobless boys sponsored by few cabals who they said have been in opposition to the All Progressive Congress, (APC), government.
The statement by Yahaya Prince Yunusa, Media aide to the reps member, noted that these desperate people do not speak on behalf of the masses of the area who holds the member in high esteem, because of his humanitarian disposition.
He described the Governor of the State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, as a very sincere, honest and fair leader, when it comes to sharing of elective and appointive positions
“we in Ajaokuta has been so appreciative of his leadership style that he has never force someone on us for any position. It is the ghost group clamouring for good governance that are condemning the leadership style of the Governor.
He said while those jobless people were busy speculating fake news to convince the people of Ajaokuta federal constituency, the true position of the politics in the area was clear and open to greater majority of the people.
He therefore urged the good people of Ajaokuta to bear in mind that these people are nuisance begging for cheap popularity and recognition.
According to him, those boys spreading this falsehood are people who had fed fat from him, collected his money saverally and now think of using cheap blackmail to defame and demean this great Man.
He said as a philanthropist of repute and a business Mogul, he should rather be seen beyond petty politics, saying he was actually the person who really make the people of Ajaokuta to Know what good governance is all about.
According to him, the achievements of Hon. Lawal are numerous, ranging from empowerment, community projects and job slots which he attracted to the people of the area.
“Before politics this great Man look at the situation of our people in Ajaokuta and cited a West African Ceramics Company to create jobs for our teaming populace. Go to Niger bridge today and see how booming the place is, except for the lazy ones who want a white collar job if not nobody is at home .
“Who in Ajaokuta has ever thought of such an idea ? This great Man has done his best Let us accept that even if his best is not enough let us pray for him to do more.
