Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) has contributed immensely and tremendously to the development and progress of Kogi West and beyond and they are extrapolated as follows;
√ Secured a power station step down for Kogi west along okebukun in kabba/bunu LGA by the world bank/Federal government.
√ He single handedly built 2 blocks of Hospital well equipped at Egbe and the other 3rd one at igbaruku in Yagba West local government area.
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) is the first Senator in Kogi state that will remember other Senatorial districts i.e East and Central at each empowerment programme during his stay in office.
√ He shared over 485 vehicles to Traditional rulers , party faithfuls, Youths and women in Kogi West.
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi is the first and only Senator that shared ten vehicles painted yellow with blue stripes to each local government in Kogi West with a total of seventy and (104) for commercial purposes. This really reduce poverty in the land then.
√ As a Royal Prince Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) reconstructed the late Agbana of isanlu road with befitting street lights.
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi ( CON) represented us with honour and dignity in the Senate unlike the man who is climbing trees up and down.
√ He gave out (84) Taxi cab to all the wards in Kogi West with an additional (20) making a total of (104).
√ He bought (23) Ambulances across Kogi state 18 for Kogi West 2 for Kogi Central,1 for Kogi East and 1 for FRSC and the last one for University of ilorin teaching Hospital.
√ He built (30) market stores in isanlu, (4) borehole and the highest donation of 5 Million naira to isanlu Community for development when naira was 80 naira to a dollar.
√ He built (30) lock up shops at Egbe market, Aiyetoro (40) market store and oga (20)
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) built and equipped the following hospital: igbagun Cottage Hospital,one at odo Ere,2 blocks at Egbe town, igbaruku hospital and ogale Ijumu.
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) gave Bursary) schorlarship Awards to not less than a thousand students in Kogi West which involves ATM card and beneficiaries got their bursary/schorlarship directly in their account open for that purpose to the tune of 12 million naira with bank charges.
√ He built Ejiba primary School with a bigger Classroom block
For the purpose of Records and prosperity it becomes very sacrosanct and germane to identify Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) Stomach infrastructure Empowerment.
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) gave imported hospital beds and mattress totalling 550 across Kogi state all imported from USA
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) sponsored 420 Christian for Jerusalem and 440 Muslims to hajj
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) employed hundreds of his constituents to Federal ministries Department, Agencies
√ He donated 5 Million naira for the building of Elegbe of Egbe Palace one of the highest donor towards that project
√ He donated over five million over the years for Mopa Community development
√ He is a practical genuine politician of note.
√ Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi (CON) Constructed the drainages and surface dressed the road to the house of Chief Awoniyi and Chief Daniyan in Mopa which cost not less than 10 million naira in 2007.
