The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Kogi State Chapter has appealed to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello over the injustice melted on there people by the Chairman of Ajaokuta Local Governmenet Area, Mustapha Aliyu Aka’aba.

This was contained in a press statement issued on Friday by the State Secretary of the association, Mallam Ademu Abubakar.

The association said the Chairman is taken law into his hand as they appealed to the governor to call him to order.

According to the the statement, he alleged that the Chairman has always go against the Fulanis stressing that there houses was razed down by some suspected hoodlums.

He pointed out that the hatred, envy, tribalism, profilling attitude of the L.G.A chairman can not in anyway be associated with good qualities of a leader.

The association equally alleged that the said Chairman had been using government machineries to torment, harass, intimidate, extort, oppress the lives of innocent Fulani herders in his local government area willingly.

He pointed out that his innocent father who is a member of Ajaokuta Local Government Traditional Council is also a victim.

According to him, the chairman always threatened, molest, arrest and set his people up by given them bad name in other to arrest them.

“Allah has always come to our rescued as we have escaped several set up by Mustapha’s administration.

Enough of the coercion on our vulnerable Fulani people resident in Ajaokuta L.G.A.

“The chairman doesn’t care uniting and promoting peace in his domain. He is less concern about this.There are bad eggs in every society, you can not punish every body just because of one person.
He focus on how he can fight criminals in his local government area and stop arresting innocent herders

“We are peaceful fulanis and will not accept any injustice to our innocent herders in Ajaokuta local government Area.
