The Chairman, Board of Trustees, Ebira Education Trust fund, has condoled with it’s members and the entire Ebira Nation over the demise of His Eminence, Daudu, Engr. Joseph Oyeyani Makoju, mni, OFR.
Engr. Joseph Oyeyani Makoju, died yesterday at the age of age of 73 years, haven served his immediate community, kogi state and Nigeria meritoriously.
In a statement by Husseini Obadaki
Secretary, Board of Trustees, Ebira Education Trust Fund on behalf of the chairman, said Engr. Makoju did not just died as a Community Hero, but also as a National Icon of International Repute.
The statement noted further that “From God Almighty We Come and Onto Him is Our Return.
The group pray to Almighty God, to grant his soul eternal peace and give his entire family and community the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
“We Lost a Stateman, an Ebira Education Trust Fund Board of Trustees Pillar: His Eminence, Daudu, Engr. Joseph Oyeyani Makoju, mni, OFR.
“On behalf of the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Ebira Education Trust fund, Prof Muhammed S. Audu, I convey our sincere condolences to members of the Board of Trustees, the immediate family members of Late Makoju and the entire Ebira Nation.
“Our late brother, friend and colleague died not only as a Community Hero, but also as a National Icon of International Repute.
