The Kogi State House of Assembly Service Commission has congratulated Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and the Deputy Governor, Chief Edward Onoja on their re- election.
In a Congratulatory message signed by the Chairman of the Commission ,Alhaji Andas Abdulmalik described the victory of Alhaji Yahaya Bello as well- deserved.
Alhaji Abdulmalik stated that the victory is another opportunity for the State Governor to build on foundation already laid towards improving the lives of the people of the state.
According to the Chairman of the Commission, the result has demonstrated the love the people of the state for the state governor hence the wide margin in the result between him and his closest opponent.
Alhaji Abdulmalik revealed that his victory is as a result of his people – oriented programmes which have endeared him to the hearts of the people of the state in the last four years.
The Chairman prayed Allah to guide and protect the Governor and his Deputy through out their second tenure in the office.
Alhaji Abdulmalik enjoined the people of the State to forget their political and tribal differences and rally round the administration in ensuring the growth, development, one and united Kogi State.
