John Holland in his theory of career choice claimed that both people and work environment can be categorized, and matched with each other. His theory aims at categorizing people according to what type of work they are most interested/fit in, and categories of occupations under their congruence.
Kogi State Education,Science and Technology Commissioner, Hon. Wemi Jones is an encyclopaedic leader with diversity wealth of knowledge and experience. You’ve kept the flag flying high. I am overwhelmed by your passion to serve humanity through human capacity development, your philanthropic and entrepreneurial endeavors are laudable and worthy of emulation.
