The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Ododo has provided office accommodation for Kogi State Chapter of Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC).

Iliyas Badanga, while speaking with Newsmen on Friday commended the governor for demonstrating an all-inclusive leadership qualities as uncommon Governor in Nigeria and his trajectory from day one of his leadership qualities enshrined in the totality of his humility, humanitarian activities and his open doors policy of his administration.

His words, “The Governor has ensured that his numerous approaches to governance are not politicized. The journey of a thousand miles starts with a step, therefore IPAC Kogi State chapter has unequivocally passed a vote of Confidence on Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and his team for showing dexterity, doggedness, and forthrightness in handling State matters since his assumption as the Executive Governor of Kogi State.

“This development again has confirmed that he is not just a governor for All Progressives Congress but for the entire people of Kogi State in respective of background and a major stakeholder in the Inter Party Advisory Council.

“IPAC Kogi State chapter is looking forward for a more robust collaboration under your leadership and on behalf of other members of Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Kogi State, we appreciate the Governor for justifying the confidence reposed in him.

“However, this development will never hinder the council to play its role and also to criticize objectively decision taken by the Governor when the need arises. Your relationship with the opposition political parties is an uncommon romance since the creation of Kogi State, furthermore, your all-inclusive governance and prominence to other parties is a sign that Kogi State shall be different from other States.

“It’s worthy of note that prompt payment of salaries of state civil servants and local government can not be taken for granted, records of infrastructure within the three senatorial districts is another milestone achievement that cannot be over looked.

“Your bottom up approach style of leadership by the appointment of Ward and Local Government SAs is a testament of your administration’s commitment to uplifting the very poor in the society to further solidify the structure of the State. We wish to suggest that since all litigations are over, peace building and coexistence of the three senatorial districts becomes sacrosanct, secondly your leadership style should be focused on rebranding Kogi State where “the son of nobody can become somebody.”

Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) promised to continue playing its advisory roles on issues bothering registered political parties and the State at large.
