Former People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship Aspirant in Kogi state,Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim has been confered with an award,as Senior Fellow by The Institute of Professional Managers and Adminstrators of Nigeria (IPMAN).
At an investiture ceremony held in Abuja, The CEO of Aira Integrated Services Ltd was honoured for his strides in job creation, managerial acumen as an enterpreneur,in a wholly organised private conglomerates.
The body says the IPMAN award was also based on his outstanding perfomance as a good manager and adminstrator per excellence span decades.
Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim is an expert with indepth knowledge in Agriculture,Hospitality,Airlines,as well as in the Petroleum Industry.
In his acceptance speech,the high profile enterpreneur turned politician says he is encourage by the award to create a robust private driven atmosphere in Nigeria and beyond.
According to him,
‘For me, as an entrepreneur and as a CEO, I make bold to say that indeed, the place of Managers and Administrators in the job creation sector, the labour system and economy of Nigeria and the world at large cannot be overemphasized.’
‘Therefore on this day, it was my pleasure joining my colleagues in the Management and Administrative sector, to exchange notes and chart a new course on how we can have a better labour system that will work for all players in the labour and job creation sector.’
‘It was my pleasure indeed being conferred with the award and title of Senior Fellow of the Institute.’
‘For me, to whom much is given, much is expected, therefore I am inspired by this conferment and recognition and I will continue to give my best towards a better labour system, such that will continue to create employment and create more and more enabling environment in the job sector.’
‘I dedicate the award and conferment to God Almighty, who has been my source, my strength through these economically trying times, and to my hardworking staff at Aira Integrated Services Ltd, without them, there would be less I would have been able to achieve as a CEO.’
