Former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly and one-time Acting Governor of Kogi State, Abdullahi Bello, is set to earn both a Master of Science (M.Sc) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Security and Strategic Studies.
The combined convocation ceremony is scheduled to hold on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Institute of Governance and Development Studies.
The institute is under the Nasarawa State University School of Postgraduate Studies.
Bello, a seasoned politician, previously served as Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly and later as Acting Governor of Kogi State. He also represented Okene/Ogorimagongo Federal Constituency of Kogi State in the House of Representatives.
