Former Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Matthew Kolawole has congratulated the people of Nigeria as the nation celebrate democracy day.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Prince Matthew Kolawole commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for making efforts to tackle various problem facing the country.
He called on the people to be patient with the administration of Mr. President adding that in the long run he will surely overcome the problem and move the nation forward.
Prince Kolawole equally commended the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for moving the state forward.
He noted that the governor has started very well stressing that his policy so far since he became the governor of the state has improved the wellbeing of the people.
He urged the governor to continue doing what he is doing adding that his performance will speak for him after at the end of his three years in office.
