The All Progressives Congress (APC) Ward Congress Appeal Committee on the just concluded congresses has arrived Lokoja, kogi state to address and resolve any issues that may arise after the congress held across the two hundred and twenty-nine wards, of the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the state.
The Chairman of the Committee Patrick Obahiagbon who briefed journalists at the State APC Secretariat, Lokoja said they have arrived to attend to any members who have mixed feelings or grievances after the wards congresses.
He however commended the leadership of the party who has over the years put every machinery in place to build a united APC Party faithful in the state.
“Since our arrival, we have been interacting silently with critical stakeholders even unknown to you and the report we have received was that the Wards Congresses that took place here was devoured of acrimony, was devoured of democratic asperity, causticity, tartness and viewers,” he said
Patrick congratulated the party leadership and commended Governor Yahaya Bello’s continuous effort at uniting the people and the party members together.
“This democratic contestation that took place in Kogi State that has united the party together, the credit belongs to. the leader of the party in Kogi State, who is His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello. We congratulate him for his unalloyed display of Daya a fernos and coroskating leadership and his few generic ability is uncommon capacity to be able to equilibrate divergent political interest into a harmonious salubrious political armada which itself is a needed tool that he can’t deploy for the further transformational agenda to continuous the share the Kogi Political social-economic narrative. We congratulate him for standing behind the party.” he added.
The State APC Chairman, Abdullahi Bello said the party had a very peaceful congress in the state.
” The party had rancour-free congress in kogi state, this is owned up to the leadership style of our leader His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of the state,” he said.
Abdullahi Bello assured the committee of free hands to work and deliver on their mandates.

The committee only has three days to complete their assignment in Kogi State.
