
The immediate past Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mathew Olusola Kolawole, has warmly congratulated the newly elected State Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, describing their emergence as a reflection of the party’s internal democracy, unity, and commitment to progress.
Rt. Hon. Kolawole particularly congratulated the newly elected Kogi State APC Chairman, Engr. Ezzu Aliyu Momoh, on his well-deserved victory.
He expressed confidence in his capacity, experience, and leadership acumen to reposition and strengthen the party across the state.
He offered fervent prayers for divine wisdom, strength, and guidance for him as he undertakes the responsibility of leading the party to greater heights.
The former Speaker also extended heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected Kogi West APC Zonal Chairman, Hon. Ayo Emmanuel, commending his steadfast commitment to the party and his consistency in grassroots mobilization.
He prayed that God grants him the grace and wisdom to justify the confidence reposed in him by party members.
In the same vein, Rt. Hon. Kolawole congratulated the newly elected Kabba/Bunu APC Chairman, Hon. Chief Jimoh Kobere, as well as all the 15 Ward Chairmen in Kabba/Bunu and Ijumu Federal Constituency, alongside their respective ward and local government executives.
He urged them to see their victory as a call to service, unity, and inclusive leadership that will further consolidate the APC’s dominance in the constituency and beyond.
Rt. Hon. Kolawole praised the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his exemplary leadership and unwavering support for the growth and stability of the APC in the state.
He also commended other critical stakeholders and party leaders whose sacrifices and guidance ensured a peaceful and successful congress process.
He emphasized that the strength of the APC in Kogi State lies in its unity, discipline, and shared vision for development. He called on all party members to close ranks, put aside differences, and work collectively for the progress of the party and the overall development of Kogi State.
Rt. Hon. Kolawole concluded with prayers for peace, stability, and sustained progress in Kogi State, asking God to continue to guide the leadership of the state and grant Kogi abundant prosperity in the years ahead.
