Your Excellency Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Governor of Kogi State a.k.a the Chief Servant of Kogi State, I sincerely commend your effort towards the developmental stride you brought to Kogi State and human capital development. And I will never forget your unbeatable record in the area workers salary increment and I say kudos to you and your team per excellent.

However I must let you know that the political dice is still rolling and never can tell. Are we not funny enough to ask our brothers to lay down their political weapon(Intensive campaign against APC) during 2023 election? and thereafter, the same people are playing the game of Mantis. We have been doing what is right for so long but it doesn’t benefits us.

The OYIBO people say “To be warned is to be forearmed”. We don’t have access to our Governor neither do we access to all appointees, they are always busy even when they are playing with their girlfriends. Pls somebody should tell me what system of government are we practicing in this country?

I don’t think I have problem with the appointees but certainly the head, he has to look inward and checkmate the activities of all his cabinet if democracy is at its best practice and not demonstration of craziness. H.E Usman ODODO can do better than this, if he actually listen to the voice of people at the grassroots perhaps, he is trying no doubt about it.

Politics is all about interest, so don’t expect anybody to trade without profit and continue with such business unless he/she has mental-disequilibrium. It is high time we recognise those who deserve to be compensated for his/her political activities.

I remember vividly late last year when some Federal government agency were recruiting and I called several appointees to inform them about the exercise so that the state government can request our quota for the benefit of all Kogites but no single response from them as they always claim virtual busy.

Indeed power is transient, there come a time all we could heard in every household is GYB but today ODODO has taken over. I am appealing to the state government to let the voice of people at the grassroots be heard and contribute in their own little way. Thank God Nigerians are getting wiser day by day and politics continue to evolve round the politician antecedent

Lastly sir, Ajaokuta Local Government particularly Steel territory is facing a lot of challenges economically, security wise and lack of freedom of expression. Pls kindly intervene without delay. I beseech God Almighty to direct you and protect you against all odds.

Signed: Comrade Abdurrahman
ISSSAN CHAIRMAN, AJAOKUTA STEEL COMPANY LIMITED

God Ajaokuta LG
God bless Kogi State
God bless Nigeria.
