PRINCE Mona Mustapha Audu, has dragged the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress and the party to court.
Prince Audu is seeking a restraining order stopping the APC from holden the ongoing governorship Congress from holden in the state.
In a suit filed at a Lokoja High Court, in a motion on notice, Prince Audu equally sought to restrain the INEC from continuing with the conduct of the APC primaries.
