
Former Kogi State Governor and All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial candidate for Kogi Central, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, on Saturday paid a Sallah homage to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his Lagos residence as part of the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
According to the statement which was made available by the Director of the Yahaya Bello Media Office, Michael Ohiare, the visit provided an opportunity for both leaders to discuss issues of national importance, governance, and Nigeria’s ongoing development efforts.
Bello conveyed his Eid-el-Kabir greetings to the President and commended his leadership, describing it as pivotal to the nation’s progress.
During the meeting, the former governor reiterated his support for the Tinubu administration’s policies and reforms aimed at revitalizing the economy, fostering national unity, and improving the living standards of Nigerians.
Bello also expressed confidence in the President’s vision for the country, noting that the ongoing reforms would lay the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term development.
The Sallah visit further highlighted the cordial relationship between the two political figures and served as a platform for discussions on political developments, party affairs, and strategies for promoting peace, stability, and prosperity across Nigeria.
