He built the first overhead bridge in Lokoja, transformed health sectors, and built ultra-modern hospitals across the state including the Teaching Hospital, Okene. He made sure that youths and women were part of his government. You are indeed a vessel of honour and respect” Ubeida stated.
Ex-Governor has left an indelible mark that generations to generations will always refer to his leadership style and delivery.
