Jakadan Sokoto,and former Govenor of Kogi state,Alhaji Ibrahim has advised Moslems to use this year’s Ramadan to preach and demonstrate acts of magnanimity towards their fellow Moslems.
The former Governor in his message to mark this year’s Ramadan season appealed to Moslems to be their brothers keeper, securtiy conscious and pray for people at the helms of affairs in Nigeria.
He stressed the need for Moslems to use the occassion to pray for an end to securtiy problems and other issues bedevilling the country.
Jakadan Sokoto maintained that it is only prayers and supplications in this holy month that will address both the global economic and health challenges.
He congratulated moslems all over the world for this year’s Ramadan season,saying it is opportunity to rededicate our lives in line with the spiritual injunctions.
