To boost economic vibrancy in Kogi State, a prominent Lagos-based politician and public servant, Mr. Abdulraheem Sadiq, has called on the state government to organize an economic summit.
Mr Sadiq disclosed that the summit aims to enhance the growth of small and medium-scale businesses in the state.
According to Mr. Sadiq, the economic summit should feature economic experts and business magnates who can provide valuable insights and recommendations on improving the state’s economic situation.
He stated further that it would provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss challenges, opportunities, and strategies for driving economic development in Kogi State.
Mr Sadiq however said that by organizing such a summit, the Kogi State Government’s proactive approach to addressing economic challenges and creating opportunities for businesses to thrive.
The event would also demonstrate the government’s commitment to promoting economic growth and development in the state. He said
According to him, the proposed economic summit would offer a chance for the state government to engage with experts, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for boosting the local economy, adding that with the right approach, Kogi State can unlock its economic potential and create a brighter future for its citizens.
He however commended Alhaji Usman Ododo for his achievements thus far and his inclusive style of governance.
