The Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. (Dr) Yahaya Bello (CON) has commissioned the newly built Main Gate and a long stretch of Road Networks at the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara.
According to Balogun Omeiza David, Head, Public Relations Unit, CUSTECH, Osara, His Excellency , Alh. (Dr) Yahaya Bello (CON) was accompanied by by the Kogi state Governor-Elect Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and other top government officials.
They were warmly received by the Vice Chancellor, Engr. Prof. Abdulrahaman Asipita Salawu, the Management Team, other staff members of CUSTECH, and a large number of Osara community who sang the praises of the Governor all through the event.
The Vice Chancellor thanked His Excellency, Alh. (Dr.) Yahaya Bello (CON) for the developmental strides his administration has been able to achieve at CUSTECH, Osara.
His Excellency, Alh. (Dr.) Yahaya Bello (CON) gave thanks to God Almighty before cutting the tape to commission the newly built Main Gate and road networks.
The Governor thereafter journeyed with his entourage and Management Team of CUSTECH, Osara to see the ongoing construction work within the campus.
His Excellency, Alh. (Dr.) Yahaya Bello (CON) with some of his entourage held a brief meeting with the Management Team at the office of the Vice Chancellor before he took his leave back to Lokoja the seat of power.
