A Stakeholder of All Progressive Congress, APC and former Commissioner of Agriculture and Natural Resources, in kogi state, Chief Dr. Tims Nda Diche, Maaji Of Bassange kingdom has commended the incumbent Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his efforts at raising the bar of governance in the state through his remarkable achievements within one year in office as Governor.
In an interview conducted by Nigerian Trend online newspaper recently, he commended the governor for the remarkable transformation he had brought to the state in all sectors. He also prayed for the Governor for more wisdom and energy to go far in his drive to reposition the state for veritable development.
Dr. Diche who is presently a Senatorial hopeful in the coming 2027 election, kogi East Senatorial district, noted that he felt happy and fulfilled witnessing Gov. Ododo’s administration, urged him to continue with the good works, saying that posterity would judge him rightly.
According to him, “The performance recorded by the governor is more than a dream come through and I thank God for this manifestation,
“I will continue to pray for him, we all knows what this job entails. We know what it takes out of people, your family life, your private life and I pray that God will continue to give him strength, because, already, with what he has been doing, it is obvious that God is with him”.
“The landmark achievements you have recorded in the 200 days that you have been in office point to the fact that God is with you. It is my prayer that God will continue to give you the strength, courage, and wisdom to be able to lead the state to the desired land. It is a job that can never be completely done, but I have no doubt in my mind with the way you have started, that you will go far”. He said.
On his political ambition, Dr. Tims Nda Diche said he is presently consulting with APC Stakeholders in kogi East Senatorial district to contest the senatorial seat in the next dispensation come 2027.
