An Appeal Court sitting in Abuja on Friday ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to include the name of Kogi State Speaker, Prince Matthew Kolawole as candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal constituency for House of Representative election.
Honourable Prince Matthew Kolawole after winning the primary, his name was omitted by INEC during the compilation of names of APC candidates in the coming election.
However, he approached a Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja to compelled INEC to include his name after the omission, Court failed to grante his request.
