The convener of Bilkis Tatu Cares Initiative, Hon Bilkis Shuaib Tatu flagged off her foundation in Ohimege palace in Koton Karfe over the weekend.
In an interactive session with the media, she disclosed that her priority is to continue to salvage the integrity of women and girls in Kogi.
She expressed happiness for the large turn out of women and girls during the flag-off ceremony, where she distrusted soaps and detergents, sanitary consumables, antiperspirants, perfumes, toilet tissue, sanitary wipes, toothpastes, etc to over 300 beneficiaries.
She called on all other stakeholders in Kogi to join hands in assisting women and girls in our society.
