Wholeheartedly wish to congratulate Your Excellency for your giant stride and impeccable records as the Governor of Kogi State, my state, your state and our commonwealth.
It is on record that you gave me the opportunity to serve under your goodself as the longest serving speaker of the state House of Assembly, a feat made possible by God through you. Its not just being a Speaker but you taught me what effective leadership is all about.
Your service to Kogi State in particular and Nigeria as a whole remains an indelible legacy for all to see including generations yet unborn.
