The Kaduna state Government has conducted qualification examination for potential aspirant aspiring for the position of Chairman in Kaduna State .
With the qualification Examinations, Nomination forms will only be sold to aspirants who scored above the Cutoff mark which will be announced later by the State Government .
The Cutoff mark for the position of Chairman is expected to be generally higher than that of a Councillor.
With examinations such as this , it is expected that the leadership at the grassroot will be strengthened but how far this policy will go is a topic for another day .
