UNLAWFUL DISMISSAL BY NCC/ECC LOKOJA
LETTER OF PROTEST
We, Apeh Ojochenemi and Tekaron Osibodi-Nuffi, Adejoh Attah, Joseph Obaro, of Lokoja, formally protest our unlawful dismissal from the NCC/ECC, Lokoja without liu of notice and without fault.
We were officially engaged and commenced work on March 1, 2020 and has since then been carrying out our work with all deligence.
We were however told by NCC/ECC that the company that hired us, SOLSAN TECH was no longer in charge as they have taken over with an assurance on the 16th December, 2024, that our jobs were secured and there was no threat of been sacked.
Surprisingly, on the 30th of January, 2025, a letter of sack was sent to us without notice.
We therefore want to tender a protest to the effect that;
1. We were not given liu of notice before the sack.
2. That we were not paid our three months salary covering November and January as well as our March 2020 salaries.
3. That we ask for immediate reinstatement to our jobs without delay as we were unlawful sacked without fault.
4. The manager of Lokoja Ncc/Ecc is using the office to fight a personal war with the staff
5. We want the Ncc/ Solsan tech/ Ateres Nig Ltd to clear the air about the change of management and sack of the former Solsan tech staff.
Signed
