Former Special Adviser to Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, the former governor of Kogi state, Mrs. Margaret Olayemi is dead.
She was Special Adviser to former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, on Women Affairs in the office of the First Lady.
According to the family source, the
former aide died in early hour of Saturday after a protracted illness.
The Kabba born and Lokoja based
business mogul turned politician during her time contributed in no small measure to the overall development of the state especially the women folks.
She is survived by her children and
relatives among whom is Hon. Niyi
Olayemi, aka Somi Edumare, aged 7.
