Ex-PS, Kogi Government House Administration, Reverend (Dr) Ilemona John Passes On.
The immediate past Permanent Secretary, Government House Administration, Lokoja , Reverend Dr. Ilemona John Omagu is dead.
The former technocrat died after a brief illness.
Ilemona John started his early civil service career from Radio Benue Makurdi, before the creation of Kogi state were he moved to Radio Kogi , Lokoja.
He was appointed as Director General, Protocol to former Kogi Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris in 2004, and rose to the position of Permanent Secretary, Protocol of the Government House, Lokoja in Kogi state.
Ilemona John who was later redeployed as Permanent Secretary, Government House Administration by Capt Idris Wada’s administration retired from the services of the state government in 2013.
He was the Proprietor and founder of Nation light Rossil Academy (NALRA), Agala-Ogane Road Anyigba, in kogi state.
