The Kogi State Police Command has arrested 49-year-old physically challenged man identified as Ojochogwu Baba for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl.
The spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP William Aya, confirmed the incident in a statement.
He said the suspect was arrested at Wada Estate in Lokoja.
According to him, the suspect lured the minor to his house by sending her to buy alcohol and cigarettes for him.
He added that the suspect will be charged to court on completion of investigation.
