On the sustainance of the legacy left behind he said “we should be thankful to almighty for giving him that kind of insight to establish this school, the school as said by those who gave us sermon, it was a more or less a contribution to humanity if he was considering the money that time, we were not paying very well like somebody said just now, we are owing him alot, and if anytime he came that time when we were complaining of lack of library, science laboratory he would calculate the amount paid and he would calculate how much was owing him and he would say if I die today, you will not go to school again, somebody would be having hard feelings towards you before his arrival but once he came and explain to us what we are owing him, we would start to pity him,
“my advise to the family is to go along the way the father did that is to consider humanity first and for most above personal needs, they are blessed and they should let immediate community and Nigeria as a whole to benefit from them too as the whole Nigeria, the whole community benefited from their family, to the government I will not support those clamouring for the school to be named after him because I believe whether we like it or not, that name is already there because people refer the school as “Ilewe Rasaqi” “Rasaq school” the history is there that will justify the fact that he was the founder, something else should be considered to be named after him
