Despite its denial of culpability of the N20bn saga, and a threat to sue EFCC, the Kogi state government has applied to the Federal High Court to avail her of the Certified True Copy of the Judgement.CTC.
EFCC had dragged Kogi state and sterling Bank to Federal Court Lagos presided by Justice Tijjani Ringim who in his judgement ordered the account frozen.
In a world press conference organised by the state government held in Abuja on Friday, the Kogi Government had described the judgement as a figment of imagination and threatened to sue both the EFCC and Media institutions that carried the report.
But in a swift , the state government vide a letter attached , applied to the registrar of the high court Lagos to avail her of the CTC with commitment to defray the cost.
Wonders shall never end.
