Sen. Sunday Karimi representing Kogi west Senatorial district at the National Assembly has said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has brought the country out of economic downturn, saying the country is presently heading towards prosperity.

stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kogi State, under the auspices of the Kogi Progressive Stakeholders Forum (KPSF), who gathered and strategize, unite with a sense of purpose for President Ahmed Bola Tinubu towards winning Kogi State overwhelmingly during the election.

The endorsement of President Tinubu was followed by a voice vote from the Stakeholders.

The Senator said the meeting was to block loopholes that should not affect the reelection of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu in 2027.

He added that the idea of the meeting is how to strategies for the APC to maintain it lead in the State and for President Tinubu to have a seamless and overwhelming win in 2027.

Earlier, in his remarks by Capt. Idris Wada, former Governor of the State, who also double as the Chairman of the Stakeholders said the Forum is in support of the re- election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

The endorsement of President Tinubu was made by APC stakeholders under the KSPF from across the 21 LGA’s of the State who converged in Lokoja at the inaugural meeting and official endorsement of President Tinubu.

The emergence of KSPF, Capt. Wada disclosed signal’s an attempt to institutionalize early consensus, party cohesion and coordinated political action ahead of the 2027 general election.

He added that the KSPF agenda is centered on party politics where the people are united, urged the people to remain resolute in their support for President Tinubu.

The KPSF he explained is clearly position as a bridge-building platform aimed at strengthening internal harmony, called on the people to put aside differences in ensuring the victory of APC and President Tinubu in 2027.

He said beyond unity, the forum’s emphasis on equity and fairness in party processes is politically significant, disclosed that these principles, when loudly articulated, often reflect underlying concerns within party structures, urge for more mobilization and registration to enable members vote enmass for Tinubu.

Also speaking, Alhaji Suleiman Babaali, called for sense of unity by the APC members, described the second term bid of President Tinubu as sacrosanct.

He urge the people to speak with one voice in 2027, pointing out that Kogi State has benefitted immensely under the present administration, called for synergy in driving the second term bid of President Tinubu.

Dr. Kasim Akoh, who was the seconder of the motion, described President Tinubu as desiring of a second term going by his giant strides.
