Kogi 2019: Kogi PDP Will Win Convincingly, Overwhelmingly – Abubakar Ibrahim

ONE of the Governorship candidate in the last Governorship primary of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, says he is optimistic that the PDP will win convincingly the forthcoming governorship election despite the court process challenging the outcome of the primaries.
The son of the former governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris who made this in a press statement signed by his aide, Issa Itopa Lucky, said despite the fact that he is he is in court challenging the outcome of the last party’s primaries, he is sure the PDP will win convincingly the November governorship election.
According to the statement, ” Today, Monday, October 7th 2019, we will be in court in continuation of our case in a bid to reclaim our mandate.
“Come November 16th 2019 Kogi State Governorship election, PDP remains the Party to beat. As a Party we will emerge victorious, inspite of our present challenges, which are of course part of every democratic setting, ours not an exception.
“Together, victory is sure for our Party, the PDP, come November 16th 2019″ the statement reads,” he said.
