The Gamji Coalition for Asiwaju has inaugurated youth representatives from all the clans in Kogi, as part of efforts to mobilize support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
Speaking during the meeting, the chairman of the coalition, Hon Muhammad Sule (Sunday sea), he said Asiwaju presidency will benefit the people of Kogi central.
According to him the Patron of the coalition and chairman Tinubu support Group, (TSG), Kogi State will work for the interest of the people, saying that he is a very selfless personality who has contributed to the development of Kogi central and beyond.
He noted that the choice of the youths from all the clans in kogi central is strategic, because the youths are the most active participants in the electioneering process.
He informed the youths that the youth group will officially unveiled by the patron Alhaji Abubakar Sanusi, Gamji, adding that the youth will be given the necessary support to carry out their assignment.
The chairman advised them to work sincerely and be committee to the Asiwaju project, saying that their leader Alhaji Sanusi Abubakar is a man that can be trusted, adding that they will all benefit from the success of Asiwaju.
Speaking also, the secretary of the coalition, Comrade Onusi Abdullateef, called on the youths to go back to their respective clans to mobilize other youths for the victory of Asiwaju/Shettima presidency.
Speaking also, Alhaji Haruna Yahaya Ogunye, Director of Publicity, described Sanusi Abubakar Gamji as progressive and pragmatic personality who can be trusted, saying that he will never shortchange the people.
He appealed to the youths to take the Asiwaju campaign very serious saying that the people of kogi central has a lot to benefit fro Asiwaju presidency.
In his own submission, the Director of Finance for the coalition, Hon. Bashiru Abubakar promised that the coalition will work very closely with the youth group to ensure victory for Asiwaju in 2023.
The youths in their numbers all agreed to work for the victory of Asiwaju in the 2023 presidential election, saying that victory is assured.
