The Federal University Lokoja has appointed Prof. Mike Ogirima as the pioneer Provost of her College of Health Sciences.
To kick-start his responsibilities in the institution, Prof. Ogirima, shall be the coordinator and Chairman of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the college in the University.
The Professor of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery hails from Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Ogirima is also a former National Chairman of the Nigerian Medical Association.
