The Acting Chief Judge of Kogi State, Justice Sunday Omeiza Otu will be screened on Monday by the Kogi State House of Assembly and to be confirmed by Kogi state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello exclusively gathered by Kogiflame.
Kogiflame gathered that the governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello want Justice Otu to be substantive Chief Judge of the state before his retirement from service this coming Saturday.
Justice Otu took over from Justice Henry Olusiyi who recently retired from service about three months ago while retired Justice Olusiyi took over from the late Chief Judge of the state, Justice Nasiru Ajanah after his demise sometimes in June last year.
