The Save Kogi Movement has warned Governor Yahaya Bello not to embark on what it call judicial rascality by extending his impunity, hallmark of his inept administration, in his new attempt aimed at removing the Kogi state Chief Judge, Justice Nasiru Ajanah.

The Save Kogi Movement, (SKM) an umbrella body of concerned citizens of the state, irrespective of political affiliation, said any attempt to remove the state Chief Judge by Governor Yahaya Bello, would only plunge the state into another round of crisis, warned against his planned removal of Kogi State Chief Judge, Nasiru Ajanah.

Save Kogi Movement in a statement issued and signed by Hon. Commodore Folorunsho Daniel, warned against the forceful removal of Kogi state Chief Judge, Nasiru Ajanah, urged the governor to channel his energies into positive ventures.

The Save Kogi Movement said having observed the manner in which the Chief Judge has handled the affairs of the Judiciary, passed a vote of confidence on Justice Nasiru Ajanah, and said it is passing a vote of no confidence on the governor for the lacklustre manner in which he has handled the affairs of governance of the state.

Kogi Save Movement warned Governor Bello against further precipitating the bad situation the state is presently witnessing, observed that having left judiciary workers in the state for ten months without salaries, wondered what would have initiated thoughts of illegally wanting to remove the Chief Judge of the state, asked that he applies his idle energy into positive ventures as he prepares to leave office after the November governorship election.
