Mallam Abdulraheem Sanni Foundation distributed 100 bags of confluence Rice to the less privileged people in Ajaokuta Local government Area of kogi state.
This part of his contribution to the efforts of the Kogi state government to ease the hardship occasioned by the lockdown as part of measures to curtail the spread of the deadly coronavirus into the state.
In statement by the foundation, Mall Sanni who is also the Director of Finance, Ministry of Local government and Chieftaincy Affairs, over the years, has carried out a lot of personal projects that involves huge amount of money for his people across Ajaokuta local government council of Kogi State.
The statement added that “This gesture of food distribution will be followed, subsequently by the distribution of safety incentives to the people.
He has advised the people to STAY SAFE by keeping to government directives and guidelines to stay indoors and avoid crowds.
It added that the records are there for people to verify, adding that It is on record that out of the various personal projects he has rendered to people and the community, are those which has direct bearing on the lives of the people of his Community.
It said in recent time, particularly,
in the last one month, projects executed by the foundation includes; the drilling of two Motorised Borehole, one in Ajaokuta Bumps (the popular fried yam market) and the other in a newly established Islamic school at Adogo.
In addition, two damaged borehole that had gone dry without water for several years has been repaired by the Abdulraheem Sanni Foundation, one in Achagana (in from of Onyiayi Tutu house) and the other in Lafia street (in front of Hon Salihu Onde’s house).
In his avowed commitment to the empowerment of the youths in the area, two youths have been empowered for self sufficient in Barbing Saloon at Odonu ward and the other one in selling of phone Accessories at Achagana ward.
