AN Appeal court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday affirmed Engr Musa Wada as the authentic candidate for Kogi state the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial primary elections held last year November.
The primary election who have Dino Melaye, former Governor of Kogi son and many others as candidates witness a pocket of violence, which later produced Engir Musa Wada as the gubernatorial candidates that battle Governor Yahaya Bello of APC on November 16th 2019.
Wada lost to Bello during November 16th election. However, the former governor Son, who was not please with the primary election took Wada to court demand the primary election should be canceled, today appeal court has declared wada as the authentic Candidates.
Wada now to battle Governor Yahaya Bello at the supreme court over the result of the elections who bring Bello back to power, as Kogi Governor in 2019.
