KOGI Patriotic Group has challenged APC Campaign Council Chairman for kogi election,Mallam Nasir El-rufai to also be ready to commission projects executed in Kogi by the state governor, along with his plans to bury the PDP
A statement issued by Abdul Abdul in reaction to the one credited to Kaduna state governor, said there is also the need for El-rufai to confirm the position of new minimum wage to Kogi workers,just like he plan to implemet in Kaduna
The group frowned at the unstatemanly comments of Kaduna state governor, or rather than come to Kogi to campaign on issue based,is coming to inflict more injuries on the pains of kogites
“Where is the ganaja flyover the previous adminstration awarded and was abandoned with fund embezzled and diverted by governor Yahaya Bello”
“We challenge governor Nasir El-rufai and demand he comission the Ganaja Fly over,Kabawa embankement,New Kogi Hotels, Kogi diagnostic and Imaging centre, Lokoja international bus terminal, Ganaja Otokiti bye pass, and even the lokoja township roads, as this are the projects initiated by the PDP adminstration under the previous adminstration ”
“We hope El-rufai will also inquire to commission housing projects, hospitals and the efforts of the previous adminstration and that of the current Yahaya Bello’s adminstration ”
He said all these people oriented projects were visible during the previous PDP adminstration in Kogi, bastardised by the present adminstration of Governor Yahaya Bello.
“We are not unaware that governor El-rufai used Government funds to build and renovated public schools in Kaduna,were he enrolled his son in one of the schools, where is the one built by Yahaya Bello, for Kogi people for El-rufai to commission”.
“Aside the federal government social investement programs,the SDGs in the state are meant to bridge the social gap interms of projects, were state fell short of expectations, we are glad to let Kaduna state governor know,that ours in kogi state has been deployed to service 4+4 project ”
The group warned that kogites will mob El-rufai anywhere he intend to sell the manifestoe of APC and governor Bello, because of his unpopular policies and nature
“A governor that could not provide any meaningful projects or sustain the existing ones, is not fit to return to the corridor of power in Kogi state ”
“No salary payement,pensioners are dying and gratuity payement is now a mirage,yet you talk of burying good governance ”
In the last four years,Kogi workers have not earned leave bonus,yearly salary increment,promotion arears and all other emoluments,yet you talk of coming to bury the people’s choice
” A state were Permanent Secretaries,Directors and Assistant Directors climb okada to come to the office,no imprest,no any incentives,you are threatening to force down the same government on the masses throat ”
Abdul said in a free,fair and credible election in November , Kaduna Governor should be rest assured of sneaking out of Kogi unceremoniously, after his unholy assignment to impose Yahaya Bello in Kogi State.
