The Correspondent Chapel of the Nigeria Union Journalists, (NUJ) Kwara State Council has commiserated with the members of the state council of the union, Radio Kwara Chapel and the family of the late Qazeem Adeyemi who passed on in the early hours of Tuesday after a brief illness.
The Chapel in a statement signed by its Chairman Abdulhakeem Garba and Secretary Kayode Abdulazeez described Adeyemi’s death as a huge loss to the media industry in the state and beyond.
The statement described late Adeyemi as a Professional broadcaster, who discharged his duties effectively and used his wealth of experience in broadcasting for peace-building and nation development.
It stated that the late broadcaster would be remembered for his selfless service to humanity and the cause of the Almighty Allah.
The chapel however condoled the immediate household of Adeyemi Qazeem, management, and staff of Radio Kwara and NUJ.
Prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased and pray the Almighty Allah to give the bereaved family, friends and colleagues the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
